Gina has experience in all facets of real estate, unlike any other Realtor®. Patience and Persistence are two words she lives by. She takes the time to get to know each person and really understands their needs and wants. Gina will use her experience to help sellers stage their houses and buyers seek out the perfect place to call home. As a 4th generation entrepreneur, she is tenacious with a never-give-up attitude. At an early age going to construction sites, she learned from her dad that hard work and a good positive attitude can prove that nothing is impossible.
Gina has been in various areas of Real Estate since 1997. She has been a real estate investor for 25 years and has extensive knowledge of the market. Gina started in Corporate Relocation evaluating Home Inspections and Appraisals through natural progression she pursued her Real Estate License. Gina is also a Pre-License Instructor she continues to practice Real Estate as well as Mentor and Train new agents.

Gina is a licensed Instructor with Your House Academy, where she teaches Pre-License, Ethics, and Continuing Education.

In her free time, Gina has a new fascination with propagating plants at home and attempting to garden(hey we can't be good at everything) She can often be found at a volleyball game cheering on her daughter Angelina or playing Pickleball with the Schaumburg LTF League.
