Starck U - Launch
Starck University gives new and experienced brokers an in-depth overview of how to manage a real estate practice from A to Z. From setting up your database, to lead generation, working with buyers and sellers, completing a strategic pricing analysis, to license law and negotiating, and much more, you will learn how to be a successful real estate broker. You will also learn business planning and using Starck’s tools to launch your business.
Starck Engage is an exclusive group training that allows brokers from multiple offices to come together and collaborate while working through the 60 Days to Success Plan. This weekly video conference call allows you to learn what works for others when it comes to success habits as well as For Sale By Owner, Geographic Farming, Expired Listing, and Open House strategies.
Individualized training & mentoring
No matter what level you wish to achieve in your business, our Training & Development Team is ready to help. Trainers and technicians are available monthly in each office or online through our cutting-edge video conferencing and remote sharing software.
For new brokers, Starck offers a mentoring program. This allows new brokers to learn from both theoretical and practical knowledge to bring the best of both worlds to those that know, like, and trust in their service.
