My passion for Real Estate began when I was with my Mom as a child going on her Real Estate appointments with her. As I grew older I remember how magical my Mom was with clients. I could sense the excitement and trust my Moms clients had with her. Many of her clients became family friends and they really looked up to my Mom. In 1998, I had the opportunity to get my Real Estate License. It was the most fulfilling career I could have found. With every transaction, I advocate for my clients. I am just as excited and nervous as my clients are about the home they are going to buy or sell. My husband of 32 years says I have been known to lose sleep over transactions.
I have sold homes in all shapes, sizes and price ranges. My main focus is not the size or price of the home, it’s making sure my clients are getting the very best representation in what is usually one of the biggest transactions of their life. My focus has always been not only meeting the expectations of clients, but exceeding them.
I work with first time buyers as well as those more “seasoned” in the buying process. My listing portfolio consists of families who are up or downsizing, Estates, or moving out of state. I also have experience in distressed sales. I have a very detailed marketing plan that my clients have found valuable in getting their home sold.
