Melissa Kampschroer

Melissa Kampschroer is recognized as one of the top agents serving Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin, with 19 years of experience and 285 successful real estate transactions. Melissa earned a degree in Interior Design and founded Cadscape Design, working as an AutoCAD drafter alongside builders and architects. Her experience as a kitchen designer and cabinet installer provides valuable construction knowledge that benefits both buyers and sellers.

She is a member of the Heartland Realtor Association, Illinois Association of Realtors, Wisconsin Realtor Association, and the National Association of Realtors, and serves as an HOA board member in her community.

Outside of her professional work, Melissa enjoys estate sales, traveling, and spending time on her brother’s jet boat. She is the proud mother of two adult daughters.
