Jen Ortman has seen it all in her 20 years in the Real Estate Industry. She has been a Real Estate Investor, Single Agent, Team Lead, Managing Broker and Owned a Real Estate Franchise. Having worked all aspects of the business she decided to focus on what she loves best; working with buyers and sellers. Her clients can benefit from her vast knowledge of Real Estate law, market trends, building construction and local area knowledge. Jen truly believes the client always comes first. Working with both buyers and sellers, she understands the different needs of each side of the transaction. She is a true believer of putting her clients first and working tirelessly to help them either find the perfect home or sell their home at the best possible price. Jen utilizes all the latest tools and networking amongst her peers to get access to the best houses on or off the market for her buyers and the best exposure for her seller’s listings. Prior to her Real Estate Career, Jen was a VP of Sales in the corporate world. She saw a gap in the Real Estate industry of hard-working professional agents and teams that truly understood the meaning of clients needs, wants and requirements. She implements a proven strategy for list and market seller’s homes and identify buyer’s criteria to insure they are able to find the home that is best for them.
