Joe Kumon

Joe has been active in the real estate industry for over 30 years and has been involved in all aspects of real estate including development, planning, design, and construction management. His experience ranges from loft conversions to high-end custom home building and remodeling. He has been involved in managing large and small projects in all types of buildings from restaurants and hotels to condominium lofts and custom homes. These experiences have helped him to develop a keen eye for detail and appreciation and knowledge of all types and styles of architecture. Most important this experience has him to provide the best possible advice to his clients whether they are first time buyers, sellers or experienced investors. He has been featured in the book "Urban Loft...How Chicago Redefined The Architecture" by Christine Noelle. He believes there is no such thing as can't only not done yet which contributes to his problem-solving skills and the determination to help his clients to make the right decision.  Joe is also fluent in Polish.
