I DON'T MEASURE SUCCESS THROUGH ACHIEVEMENTS OR AWARDS, BUT RATHER THROUGH THE SATISFACTION OF MY CLIENTS

 

Often in this life we find ourselves being sold on something.  It's the nature of almost any service.  Salespeople understandably have agendas, and the accomplished ones will focus on telling you why they are the only person who can and should be trusted to do a job right.

The problem with constantly selling is that it leaves very little room for listening.  And when it comes to the life-changing process of buying or selling your home, you need a partner who not only understands the real estate market, but one who truly listens to your goals and needs throughout the entire process.

Before I began my career in real estate, I had a very successful 15 years in corporate sales.  My clients always told me that my success came from the difference in my approach.  I aimed to get to know every business partner and understand their needs completely before I offered a solution.  My real estate approach is no different and I understand that emotion affects everything we do.

When I moved to real estate, I developed a personal pledge of performance that I could apply to each unique client experience.  One that combined the focus and tenacity of my sales experience with the honesty and compassion for the emotions of the process and a drive to truly understand the needs and wants of my clients.  This pledge became the foundation for every transaction that I close.  It is what continues to motivate me each and every day in a business that I love.

I have lived and worked in our community my entire life.  It has been more than a home to me over the years; it is a spirited community that I am proud to be a part of.  I have chosen to raise my family here and we enjoy the many benefits and amenities our communities have to offer.

We also love to give back.  My family helps with local races, volunteers at the food pantry and local animal shelters.  I have served on the volunteer Board of Directors of Girls on the Run and PR Athletic Booster Club and am a member of 100 Women Who Care.

I love to uncover new business - the relationships always come first.  I have enjoyed clients who have turned into friends and neighbors.  I cherish every connection!

I strive to be your local expert and truly help you find the neighborhood and community that is right for you and your family.  I am grateful to have been able to do this for so many.  I am excited for the opportunity to do the same for you!

I don't measure success through achievements or awards, but rather through the satisfaction of my clients.  Listening and guiding them through the process to a successful closing is not enough.  Truly caring about them and their families is what drives me.  Joyous, satisfied clients achieving their real estate goals is the greatest accomplishment of all and what keeps me focused on success!
