Danielle Nelligan

Hello, my name is Danielle Nelligan with Berkshire Hathaway Starck Real Estate.  I am a licensed broker that specializes in both buying and selling homes in Illinois and Wisconsin.  Understanding that a real estate transaction is an extremely important event in most peoples lives, it is important to approach each client's situation with an understanding for their distinctive needs.  I love working alongside my clients to find the best solution for them and ultimately creating a long lasting relationship based around trust.  

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family that includes my husband and three daughters.  As a family we love to go boating, explore the great outdoors and have impromptu dance parties.  I also enjoy playing guitar, seeing live music and cooking.  

Going above and beyond and ensuring that the journey along the way will include a lot of smiles is what I can guarantee I will do for all of my clients.
