Merger Gives Starck Real Estate a Presence in Lake Geneva

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Starck Real Estate announced today that it has merged with The Rauland Agency of Walworth, Wisconsin. The Rauland Agency was established in 1961 by Bob Rauland and offers its highly personalized level of real estate services to its clients in the Lake Geneva area.

“This is a great fit,” states Aaron Starck, President and CEO of Starck, “We share the common values of integrity, honesty, and delivering great service with The Rauland Agency as well as a common history as a family-run company. This acquisition is a strategic partnership that allows us to expand our services to the Lake Geneva area, an area that we know well and love.”

According to Bob Rauland, President of The Rauland Agency, “This partnership allows us to take advantage of the outstanding marketing tools and affiliated services offered by Starck to our clients. Starck also brings the strength of the Berkshire Hathaway brand to our market”, Rauland continued, “giving us access to the power of an outstanding global presence of one of the most well-known and respected companies in the world.”

“We look forward to serving the people of the Lake Geneva area,” states Jim Toulon, COO of Starck, “It is a beautiful area and the people are wonderful. I know that Starck can leverage its expertise, services, and market leadership to assist clients throughout Southern Wisconsin.”

This is Starck’s second venture into Wisconsin after successfully opening an office in Manitowoc in 2019. Much like The Rauland Agency, Starck itself is a family-run real estate brokerage started in 1960 by Robert W. Starck. The Rauland Agency will continue to operate from its office at 118 Kenosha St., Walworth. For more information, call 262.275.2185.
