The development acreage given preliminary plat approval contains 133.5 acres; the densities of this development have been established within the development agreement and if this property is purchased the buyers would also be purchasing the agreement. Since the recording of that agreement the density configuration has been modified and approved by the Trustees of the Village of Beecher and the School Board of District 200U.
