The brokers and staff of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Starck Real Estate raised a total of $32,917 in donations for area food banks ($31,536.90 for the Northern Illinois Food Bank and $1,381.50 for the Woodstock Food Pantry). Aaron and Lori recently visited NIFB’s massive hub facility in Geneva and were amazed at the massive scale of the facility.
Starck’s donation was amplified through NIFB partnerships that increased the impact of our donated funds to $252,000 worth of groceries! (Every $1 donated is worth $8 in food purchasing power).
The NIFB supports a network of over 900 food pantries, soup kitchens, and feeding programs, and donated over 80 million meals last year across 13 counties. Thanks to all who participated in supporting this worthy cause!
